Topics may include an introduction to organisational theory; organisational structure and design; organisational life cycles; longevity and effectiveness; new organisational forms; managing organisational culture; leading and managing change; organisational creativity and innovation; the learning organisation; managing knowledge and intellectual capital; and the effects of the new technologies on organisational management. |
