Content This unit is concerned with those sections of the Commonwealth of Australia Trade Practices Act 1974 as amended which prescribe anti-competitive conduct. The Act is examined in the context of Australian competition law and policy.
Assessment This consists of weekly essays (or as otherwise negotiated at the beginning of the semester).

Supplementary assessment is not available in this unit.
